Some or many of the M’s noted may not occur; I may be wrong with the regions and/or I may be close with some. My usual reminder – these are just feelings of being drawn to regions and are not predictions for actual events.

This list was finished at midnight Friday, 5^th October, 2012.

I hope for all communities to be safe and peaceful.

North America

North, Central and Southern California regions will continue to rumble with M1’s, M2’s and sporadic M3+’s.

Washington state

Mount Rainier (Washington state) M2’s and is still sticking with me for a potential M3+.

Mount St. Helens I feel may have the potential for an M3+? – but not too sure atm.

North of Washington state an M2+ and N/E of Seattle, Olympic Peninsula region an M2

Nevada M2’s and I feel this region may experience another M3+.

Las Vegas, Nevada region M2(+?)

N/E of Bakersfield (mountains) M2’s and an M2+ (+?).

East, N/E and west of Sacramento an M2 and M2+(+?)

Utah central west m2, M2+(+?)

North/east of Fresno – due north of Ridgecrest an M2 and possibly an M2+

North of Mexicali - east of San Diego (Brawley/Salton Sea regions) M2’s and maybe an M3++

Lake Tahoe regions (Nevada/California border) M2 or M2++

Fort Bragg east and south east M2,M2+

Fort Worth, Texas region M2+ and/or north/west

Santa Cruz south and south east  M2, M2++?

Eureka south west M2, M2+ and/or maybe an M3+

Tennessee east of Knoxville M2(+?)

Virginia south/west M2+(+?)

San Francisco east and west M2, M2+, maybe an M3+

San Diego region (coast and off shore) an M2 (+?) and M3+ respectively and east of San Diego an M2(+?).

Red Bluff (region) M2, maybe an M3 (+?)

Ohio, Cleveland region M2?

Michigan, west or south east or central M2+

Los Angeles (near the Channel Islands National Park) may feel an M3 (+?)

Other US states which may feel an M2 or M2+ (if not already mentioned above) are Wyoming, Idaho, Oklahoma, south east of Pennsylvania.

“If you imagine an ‘L’ shape, from Washington/Montana, down to Utah/Arizona – then east across and including states such as Colorado, Kansas/Oklahoma, Missouri/Arkansas, Kentucky/Tennessee/Mississippi through to Virginia – there seems to be occurrences of M1’s, M2’s and the occasional M3. This pattern will probably continue – with the M’s popping up in these states sporadically” .Louise Page (meJ) 2012  (I am going to leave this in this post, I feel it is relevant).

Yosemite, Death Valley and Yellowstone, King Canyon/Sequoia and east of Sierra National parks may feel M1’s, M2’s and maybe an M3+

Central America

Mexico

Manzanillo – due west (near island of Socorro) M3+?, and west (at sea) M3+(+?)

Mexicali – M3+(+?)

Tijuana – south west off shore M3+(+?)

Gulf of California –

- north M3+(+?)

- north east  and south east of La Paz M3+(++?)

- central – (west) of Hermosillo

- Baja region – west and north west – M3+(++?)

- Cabo San Lucas (southern tip of the Gulf’s peninsula tip) – M3+(?)

Oaxaca – south off coast M4(+?)

Guadalajara – west offshore – M3+(+?)

Mexico City (near) M3+

Salina Cruz – south of – M3+

Between the Solomon Islands and Vanuatu an M3++

Coral Sea (south of the Solomon’s) an M3

South of the New Britain islands M3+

West of Port Vila an M3+?

Tahiti/Pitcairn/Easter Islands

M3+? – one or two of these regions

New Zealand

North Island –

Gisborne – east, north and N/W M2’s, M2+’s?

Rotorua/Taupo regions – M2’s, maybe an M2+?

Auckland regions - M2 (+?)

Whakatane – north of (offshore?) M3?

Napier – west and south of – M2’s (+?)

Australia

Victoria, south east, east, south, north east and/or north/west maybe an M2+

Melbourne – faint feeling for an M3++?

Bass Strait east may pop up with an M3.

The east coast of Australia may see M2’(+?)s perhaps near/offshore and inland;

Queensland – Brisbane – east of?, and maybe south west, M2+ and M3 respectively

NSW – W/S/W of Griffith? M2. Sydney region – east, north east or south east – M2

Canberra (ACT) M2

Tasmania (ridge?)(if so, it may me M3+) and maybe west (offshore). And south east of island – M2?

Northern Territory maybe an M3

South Australia south east, north and/or central M2+

Western Australia west, S/W and north east M2+

Way west of Perth (at sea) a ridge/trench may come up with an M4 (+?).

South West of WA will continue to feel an odd M2 and maybe an M3.

Indonesia

Sumatra may again experience M3+’s(+?).

That line I once referred to from the Sulu, Celebes, Banda and Timor Seas is still sticking with me as a zone of ‘pressure’ – which could mean more M4+’s

Northern Salawesi (including the Moluccas islands) regions may experience more M3+’s.

Halmahera (Moluccas) maybe another M3+

Ternate Island – north Maluku Province M3(+?) (volcano related)

Bali (east Java) south of - may feel an M3+(+?) again.

Central Java region (volcano related) 

South of Padang (S/W), Bandung, Denpasar maybe M3++’s

Andaman Sea regions may feel an M3+

Western Borneo an M3?      

Malaysia

West M2+

Philippines

M4+(+?). The movement here has not settled yet.

Near Quezon M3+

Davao east, and east and/or north/east of Luzon M3+(+?)

Taiwan

May experience an M3+ and maybe north east of Taiwan, towards Naha.

Marianna islands/Guam

Maybe an M3+

Japan and Islands

Tokyo and Honshu, an M3+?

And north/east of northern Japan.

Kuril Islands and far west of the Kurils maybe an M3+.

Volcanic islands may see another M4+

Morioka (off coast) maybe an M3+

Vietnam

– north maybe an M2+ (maybe Laos/Vietnam border)

Alaska and the Aleutian islands

Alaska, mainland, will continue to rumble with M1’s, M2’s and the odd M3+. M1+’s may continue rumble north inland.

Central Alaska may feel another M3+(+?).

Aleutian Islands (peninsula) are ‘sticking’ with me for a potential M4+, as well as M2+’s.

Gulf of Alaska The northern region of the may experience an m3+.

Kobuk Valley National Park - east of - an M3

Due north of Alaska, in the western region of the Beaufort Sea (Southern Arctic Ocean)? M3?

Juneau, N/W of British Columbia - an M2+

Mongolia

Again for an M3+?

Russia

Western Russia, the far/east and central south (near border with Mongolia/Kazakhstan) may experience an M3’ish.

Kamchatka may see another M3+. may see an M3+.

Sea of Okhotsk maybe an M2+?

Laptev Sea (north of the central top coast of Russia).

Finland/Belarus border - an M3(+?).

Novosibirsk (near Lake Baykal again) M2+?? Maybe east and south

Sakhalin (far south east ‘island’ of Russia) M3?

Hawaii

Will continue to sporadically experience M1’s and M2’s. Another M3 (+?) may be felt.

China

An M3+ may pop up in the far west, central south, south west, north west and east/south/east.

Xingjian, Guangdong?? and Sichuan regions may feel M3+’s.

Still a mild feeling of an M3+
